1. Contract Validity
All investment contracts with ARVIK Capital Management Solutions are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of investment activation.
2. Withdrawal Policy
Partial or complete withdrawal is possible after completion of 6 months. A 10% pre-closure charge is applicable on the principal amount. 1 month advance intimation is compulsory for all withdrawal requests.
3. Deposit Methods
Accepted methods: UPI, Cheque, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS. No cash transaction is accepted under any circumstances.
4. Monthly ROI Payout
Monthly ROI payout date: 6th to 10th of the next month following the investment month.
5. Business Partner Payout
Business partner commission payout: 8th to 12th of every month.
6. Principal Withdrawal
After principal withdrawal, ROI generation stops immediately. No further monthly returns will be credited.
